Student Scoop
Today marks the first week of classes here at UNA. I am so excited to experience all there is to come this school year, but first I'd like to share a little about my first week back. The first week was full of fun and getting back into the routine of having classes and being with friends. The highlight of being back for me is the football season kicking off as our Lions hosted the FCS kickoff in Montgomery Alabama at the Crampton Bowl. Another highlight was the Big Deal where organizations and groups set up tables for students to engage and learn what all UNA offers for students to get involved on campus. Such a great first week and I'm ready for the weeks ahead.
The Lucky Dip
Here at UNA, we have a tradition where we dip our lucky pencils into the Harrison fountain to bring good luck to the start of a new school year. Students can celebrate the new semester by enjoying treats given out by staff and student ambassadors and usually take pictures with friends before they start their new chapter here at UNA.
