Scooters Coffee originated in Bellevue, Nebraska, in 1998 and has since grown into a beloved coffee chain known for its quality drinks and commitment to community involvement. "A lot of people live in a bubble, and there are people out there who are having a tough time." "Business is one of those things that has gotten a bad rap over the past 10 years, and I want to make people know capitalism is a force for good in the world," he says. "One coffee shop can only do so much, but if we set an example for other businesses, you don’t have to give everything—you can just give a little, and it can make a huge impact in the community."

"Everybody has heard of it; it brings nostalgia to people my age," he said. "I played it when I was a little kid and then played it with my kids."
